How does Quietto Pulse work?
Snoring happens when the muscles of the throat and tongue relax during sleep and the soft tissue vibrates as air passes. Quietto Pulse uses gentle electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) — the same technology used in physiotherapy for decades — to support those muscles while you sleep, addressing the source of the snore instead of just the airflow.
Is it suitable for my health condition?
Quietto Pulse is safe for most people. It is contraindicated only for pacemaker or implanted-device users, during pregnancy, and for people with epilepsy or heart conditions. If you have any doubts about a specific condition, consult your doctor before use.
Are there side effects?
No. EMS technology has been used in medicine for decades without adverse effects. Some people notice a slight tingling sensation during the first few nights, which disappears with use.
Does it work for all ages?
Yes. Quietto Pulse has been tested with people aged 18 to 80. The three intensity levels let you adapt it to your own sensitivity.
Is it a replacement for CPAP?
No. Quietto Pulse is a general wellness product designed for snoring. If you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea or use CPAP, keep following your doctor's treatment and talk to them before adding Quietto Pulse.
Using it
What do the lights mean and how do I adjust the intensity?
Quietto Pulse has three stimulation levels, and the light color shows which one is active: blue is Level 1 (mild), green is Level 2 (moderate), and red is Level 3 (strongest). Press the button to cycle between them. We recommend starting on Level 1 and moving up only if you feel you need more.
Where exactly do I place it?
On the center of the underside of your chin, on the midline, just behind the chin bone — not on the side of the neck. Clean and dry the skin first, press the pad on for a few seconds, then press the button once.
When should I use it — only at night?
Yes, use it exclusively during nighttime sleep. It isn't necessary or recommended during daytime naps.
How long until I see results?
Most people notice a difference in the first week. Because the muscles need time to build tone, the full effect typically shows in 6–8 weeks of nightly use. Give it a full month before judging.
How long can I use it without stopping?
Indefinitely. Many users have been using it every night for years. Think of it as a gym for your throat muscles.
How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?
One charge covers several nights of use. Drop the device into its charging case and connect the case with the included USB-C cable. The light indicates charging status.
How often do I replace the adhesive pads?
Each pad lasts several nights depending on skin type. Replace it when it stops sticking firmly. Cleaning the skin before use extends pad life. Replacement pads are available in our store.
Does it come with a neck string?
Yes. Every kit includes a tying string so you can use Quietto Pulse either wireless (adhesive pad only) or with the string looped behind your ears for extra hold.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free worldwide on every order — no minimums, no hidden fees.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in 7–15 days. In rare cases (customs, carrier delays, remote areas) it can take up to 30 days.
When will I get my tracking number?
Within 3 days of placing your order, by email. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder, then email help@quietto.co with your order number. You can also use our Track your order page.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Depending on your country, local authorities may apply import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price.
Guarantee & returns
What are my return and refund options?
Two protections, use whichever applies. 30-day returns: return the device within 30 days of delivery for any reason, in good condition with its case and cable. 60-day Sleep-Better Guarantee: use Quietto Pulse for at least 21 consecutive nights — the time your throat muscles need to respond — and if you're not sleeping quieter, request a full refund of the product price any time between day 21 and day 60. How do I request a return or refund?
Email help@quietto.co with your order number (and, for the 60-day guarantee, a short note on how you used the device). We reply within one business day with the return instructions, and the refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the device. Damaged, defective or undelivered orders are covered at any time, no conditions.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us as soon as possible. Once it has shipped we can't change the address or cancel, but the 60-day guarantee still applies.
